Two On The Shore

The title is for Tischer and I being back on the shore of Lake Superior and stoked for adventure from our new home in Grand Marais, Minn. We are Two on The Shore.

You can find me at Lutsen Resort as their new Director of Activities & Recreation, a role that I am extremely excited about.

This winter is shaping up to be a busy one between some freelance writing opportunities, an adventure film to work on, and a stream skiing project I've undertaken with another buddy.

Just another day in the month

The Mountain Times December issue:
One day last month Tischer led me down to the Post Office in Govy for our semi-weekly mail pick-up. I found a package waiting for me. It was in a priority box and from my friend Westy up in Seattle. He works for an advertising agency and frequently sends me goodie boxes filled with outdoor magazines the likes of Backpacker, Ski, and Surfing-all of which his office break room is stacked high with.

Thanks to him, now my night stand is also stacked high.

These are some very kind words you've written here, Lucas P. If there is anyone who will give that camera a good home, it's you (even if it meets its demise in a river or a snowbank). You'll take that camera on adventures others could only dream about.
