Two On The Shore

The title is for Tischer and I being back on the shore of Lake Superior and stoked for adventure from our new home in Grand Marais, Minn. We are Two on The Shore.

You can find me at Lutsen Resort as their new Director of Activities & Recreation, a role that I am extremely excited about.

This winter is shaping up to be a busy one between some freelance writing opportunities, an adventure film to work on, and a stream skiing project I've undertaken with another buddy.

28 Strong!

I put up a post a while back after coming out of the BWCA after a two week trip.  Not in the least bit feeling old, I felt hardened and sore.  I felt strong at 27, as I should.  Well today I turn 28 years old.  

I'll admit it is a slightly frightening number and only continues to get higher, seemingly faster than before.  However, I am delighted!  I am 28 strong!  I am going to continue to get stronger! And I am not going to be afraid of 29!  (There, call me a motivational speaker.)
